General Rules:

— No backing out without a replacement joiner. If you need to back out, please reach out as I may be able to help find a replacement.

— Refunds will only be provided if I am unable to secure the items.

Claims:

— Claims are honored by comment time. Please note that some claims may initially appear taken, as they may be reserved for myself or friends.

— Claims will be subject to sorting if the store sends uneven sets, as I have no control over this.

Sets & Splits:

— Sets will need to be 7/8 or 8/8 claimed to proceed, depending on what is being secured.

— Exceptions will apply depending on the order, and there will be cases where everything needs to be fully claimed to secure.

— Leftover claims will be raffled off to joiners, with the cost being split by everyone.

— The split will only proceed if it remains under $3 CAD. If the cost exceeds $3 CAD, we will discuss whether to continue before cancelling any incomplete sets.

Payments:

Payments:

— Collecting payments in 3 parts: INITIALS, EMS, DOMS.

— The cost of unclaimed PCs and k-addy, payments and/or proxy fees will be added to EMS (or any future payments if there is no EMS).

— If customs are due they will be added to DOMS.

— Payments have a 24-hour grace period after the deadline (unless it's an event with its own deadline, since those need to be secured on time).

— After the grace period, a $1 CAD/day late fee applies.

— I'll follow up with you up to 3 times over 7 days. If I don't hear back or receive payment by then, your claim will unfortunately need to be dropped.

— For rush GOs, timing is tighter — claims will be dropped and opened to the public after 24 hours with no response or payment.

— Reminders for EMS, Customs, and DOMs payments will be sent in the GC. Each payment has a two-week deadline unless you reach out for an extension — if payment still isn't received by then, we unfortunately won't be able to hold onto the items and no refund can be given.

Shipping & Proofs:

— All items are sent to my k-addy unless stated otherwise.

— Please note some of these can take time. There are different routes by which PCs arrive to me and I cannot control any shipping delays.

— I will always DM packing proof and address checks.
